Old style locks have a white plastic insert while the new style locks have a black plastic insert.
if you need the old style version, please add ”old style needed” in the comment box of the checkout page.
there is also a 3-1/2″ tall version of this lock, which is discontinued.you will need to order the white plastic insert individually and add them to your old 3-1/2” version lock click the link here if this is what you need ;
